| I just purchased a Pondmaster 10watt submersible UV Clarifier and it says it can be uses in or outside the pond. Has anyone ever used one of these before? If so, does it really matter which way I install it, in or out? Also this may sound stupid but their are no instructions once you put it all together, how you actually install it above or below. Any suggestions would be great. I have a submersible pump that has tubing straight to the waterfall box. I do not have a skimmer box. Thanks, Lisa

| Hey Lisa, I haven't used one, but I do know some about them. Inside or outside of the pond really doesn't matter, what ever works best for your application. There isn't too much to their sterilizers. You will have an inlet and and outlet along with the transformer to plug in. Run the water through the sterilizer making sure the flow is within their recommended flow rates and you should be good. I am not sure if your unit came with a manual or not, but you can view one here http://www.pondmaster.com/instructionsheets/ZG185.PDF HTH,
