| I've been trying to get a response from MD customer care for a few months now, all to no avail. First, I wanted to buy a few gals of Kent Tech-M ... no response to 3 or 4 emails over a couple of months. So I ordered 3 x 250W e-ballasts ... close on $600 ... standard back ordered message ... can't get any response to my query about delivery or changing the ballasts. You'd think spending that kind of dough would solicit a response? How about it MarineDepot? I would really like to hear from somebody ... janitor will do! Tone

| Hi Tone, Marine Depot replies to all their emails usually within a few hours (during business hours) and they are there answering emails Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm Pacific time and Saturday 8-4. It seems either they are not receiving your emails or their emails to you are being blocked by your spam filter. I will let the customer service manager know of this thread so he can try to contact you personally. If you could PM me your email address I will also forward that to him.
