Look very nice..I like the openess of the tank.  Are you only going to keep corals in the center of the tank?  Maybe it is just the way the picture came out but both ends look dark and the center looks very bright.

What lighting are you using?  Any skimmer?

Hi argai iam using Arcadia series 4 its has twin 250 metal halide and two t5s for dawn to dusk each with built in timers

The tank does look a little dark each end compared to the centre

iam going to add some soft corals for the first six months till the tank matures then iam going with hard cosals some sps

The fish stock will be light havent decided yet on fish

ill be adding corals first then slowly fish

maybe sun corals at the ends they dont like strong light??

Sorry to hear that...I think the problem is you are catching us on a holiday weekend.  Many people are off visiting family and friends and not spending as much time on the forums.

Either way the tank is looking good and I hope you enjoy your tank.  The only suggestion I may add is you might consider adding a background to the tank.  It will help hide the cords that hang off the back of the tank.

Have the clowns tried to host in anything yet or are the just happy swimming around?

I have had my clowns host in torch corals, clams, sinularia and a few other corals when there was no anemone present.

The coralline on the back will work just as well as a background.  Some people (like myself) don't have the patience to wait for that to happen.

Looks like the tank is progressing nicely.  Keep up the good work.

The clowns seem to be happy enough swimming around so far

i would like to add an anemone but iam afraid of it moving around the tank stinging my corals is there any ones that are safe?

Thanks

Regards Robbie
