Help,

Anyone have any advise on how to get rid of this stuff?  I've tried removing it by hand and a suction tube but it's spreading.  Popping up everywhere!

Ron and Chuck Identified it as Botryocladia pseudodichotoma  but it doesn't branch out.  All the bubbles seem to be anchored individually (like ventricaria ventricosa) a few in clusters (no vine between them).  Its soft and has a slime in it.

Any ideas?

Perhaps what you have is Botryocladia scottsbergii described in this article. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-02/hcj/feature/index.php
