i've read allot about feeding garlic to marine fish, that it helps boost immune system and fights off parasites. does anybody no if the same is true for koi?

I think that like myself, the fish just like the way it tastes. Believe me, if I could swim through a fury of food that was drenched in garlic I would. Whether or not it actually helps fish fight off disease is as Steven's article pointed out, just speculation. However, in garlic's defense, I've yet to see any negative effects from using it.
