Hi Anthony, just wanted to say thanks to you and Amy for all the info on propagating anemones. I cut mine last weekend and made a video with the pics of the process. Both halves seem to be doing well and are closing up nicely.

Wow excelent video.  Thanks for showing the progress of the anemone.  Its amazing that a creature that is so simple can regenerate so quickly.  Keep us updated on the progress of the anemones.

Thanks for the compliments.

It was definitely an neat experience, though I must admit, I didn't quite expect the anemone to have so much tissue inside. I was a bit worried at first, but it was really interesting to watch how they immediately reacted and started to close up. It seems to me that they use their tentacles to "patch" the wound and keep the tissue inside. I'll try to keep you posted on how they do.
