Hello,

I just got a 29gal BioCube off someone a craigslist with live rock/sand and 7 corals. I am looking at update the lighting so I am seeing what lighting I should get 1 - Compact 36W 10K Daylight and 1 - Compact 36W Actinic 03 Blue or should I get 2 - Compact 36W Actinic 03 Blue?

Corals in tank:
~ Evergreen Starburst Polyp - Aquacultured (Briareum sp.)
~ Plate Coral, Short Tentacle (Fungia repanda)
~ Giant Green Polyp Duncan - Aquacultured (Duncanopsammia axifuga)
~ Colony Polyp, Yellow (Undescribed Zoanthid)
~ Assorted Colored Mushroom (Actinodiscus sp.)
~ Button Polyp (Protopalythoa sp.)
~ Lordhowensis Coral (Acanthastrea lordhowensis)

Thanks

Are you looking at just putting in new bulbs or did you want to take out the existing lighting and put in a whole new system?

For the PC bulbs, I would recommend going with one 10K and one actinic.

Thanks argi,

I was looking at just putting new bulbs in. But down the road I am thinking to put a LED Retrofit Kit in.
