Hi Jim,

Unfortunately none of the people that work inhouse for MD are on the forums. I know they have been waiting for the pumps to arrive and I believe the date keeps getting pushed back from EcoTech.

It is possible that that pumps were received (actually arrived) at MD but hadn't been received (checked into) their stock. I am not sure how many pumps they got in or how long it takes to get them into their system, but I am sure they are trying their hardest to get them in to stock and out to their customers.

Wow... I, as most of the members of the forum, don't represent M.D. I have ordered many things in the past and have had great satisfaction. I would suggest checking online tracking or perhaps calling them direct,. They have always been helpful and cooperative and have assisted me with any problems. HTH

Need clarification on MP10

I called Marine Depot yesterday and gave my information about the MP10 I had preordered. I was told that I was in the first batch to be sent out and that the pumps were received and would be sent out yesterday. As of today I still have not received any notification that the pump was sent out, so I contacted MD and was told that the pumps were not even received yet, can you please clear this up for me and let me know when the pump will be shipping.
