Steve,

This has all been fixed..
The pressure/volume issue was because of something that had lodged in the Mechanical Filter.
I had run water under pressure backwards and something popped out of the line and down the drain before I could grab it...

After that I hooked it all back up and had alot of pressure/volume...

It is real hard to say exactly what is going on without knowing what size plumbing you are using and seeing how you have your system plumbed. The filters are contributing a couple feet of head pressure even empty and if you tank is 4 feet above you pump you are going to only have about 600 GPH. Add in a few more 90 degrees fittings, valves and your down to only 400 GPH. This is assuming your using 1" plumbing. If your using smaller tubing, then the flow will be even less. Also you should not restrict the flow into any pump and ideally you should use one size larger tubing on the intake side to prevent this.

Pentair Filtration System

I installed the following filtration system.

1) Pentair Quiet One 4000 (1015 GPH)
2) Pentair AF-94-19 (Mechanical Filter)
3) Pentair AF-93-19 (Chemical Filter)
4) Pentair 24 Watt VU Sterilizer

My question is,, Shouldn't the exhaust pressure look like a jacuzzi ??
Cause mine is dribbeling out..
The pressure gauge on the AF-94 shows 3 lbs.
And if I shut off the valve on the exhaust it goes to 5 lbs.
I have even removed all the filtering media and turned on the unit,
with no difference in pressure.
Personally I think I have a bad pump.
