Could you you please elaborate on the systems?

1. What are the troughs made of? Something that appears to have vinyl trimming the turf.
2. Dimensions?
3. How is the pluming configured?
4. Any more pics?

Correct... they are all bleached in the country of origin before they are exported. Poor shippers... poor equipment... and some deliberate attempts to bleach them because the native exporters think they are prettier that way (and will sell better). White/yellow Heteractis crispa are the prime example of this.

As for the Holland system... like any other wholesaler: massive loads, massive daily exchanges of water... massive skimmers... massive biotowers. All conventional and (wonderfully) overdone.

Yep, they look severely bleached to me as well. Maybe they know something that we don't about anemones?

I just got back from Holland and visiting a big wholesaler (De Jong). Please remind me if I dont post pics of their fine anemone holding systems. I need a good week to sort and name the files. Very illustrative though.
